These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YoRestro website and platform (“Services”). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to enter into these Terms. The Services are intended for restaurant operators and authorized staff.
2. The service
YoRestro provides software for direct online ordering, unified dispatch, kitchen workflow, marketing, and margin analytics. Specific scope, pricing, and SLAs are defined in your order form or master services agreement.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate menu, tax, payment, and account information.
- Keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Comply with applicable laws including food safety, tax, payments, and consumer protection.
4. Fees & payment
Fees are described in your order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclude taxes. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of Services after notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or copy the Services.
- Use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
6. Intellectual property
YoRestro owns the platform, including all software, content, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your data and grant YoRestro a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information using at least the same degree of care it uses for its own, and will only use it as needed to perform under these Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and each party's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination you may export your data for a limited window described in your agreement.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or by email.
